Last Wednesday room 21 went on the top field to play touch rugby. Before we started playing the game our couch talked to as how to play the game. When he called two numbers from the two teams they had to run outside of the orange cones then try to get the ball on their touch line.
When we first started they got the ball and there was a little scrap with the ball but the other team got the ball. Our couch called out the numbers sometimes people got confused and didn’t know.
When it was my turn to get my hands on the ball it felt like I was playing with the mighty All Blacks. I was the incredible Dan Carter. Aron Smith past the ball to me at the 50 metre line I ran down the sideline steped 3 to 4 people from the Wona Bees and dived for the line and.....................TRY.
When I went on the bench for Aron Cruden, when I got back of the field it just felt ordinary again. At the end of our session with the couch it was a pleasure training with him at the end.
