TOPIC FOR THIS TERM

IMMERSION ASSEMBLY

The start to a new term. When everyone from school got into the hall for the Assembly Mr. Burt told us what the topic for this term is. Mr. Burt showed everyone a toy taxi. He said “We are going to see how many balloons it will take to make the toy taxi float in the air?

It took 15 balloons to make the toy taxi float. The balloons floated to the top of the roof. After that Mr. Burt gave the mike over to team1, team2,team3, and team 4. After team 4 is was team 5’s turn to go to the front. We were learning about sounds.

Our topic for this term is SOUNDS. What relates to sounds? Who do you hear sounds? Who do you make sounds for instruments and objects? We have to make our own instruments.
