FIRST COMING TO PT ENGLAND

When my mum and dad enrolled my two brothers and I, I was very shy at first the I saw some of my old friends from three years ago. When Kitiona walked me to my new class everyone was looking at me and that made me even more shy.

When Mrs Lagitupu told everyone my name some kids knew who I was. Suddenly I sat at a girls table. I didn’t  know what to do so I just sat there. When I looked around Prince said to me I’ve seen you in G.I. at the library.

When it came to morning tea time I sat down on the side of our classroom then people kept on looking at me. They were all creppy. I had no friends just Uili and Levi. We walked around the school or just sit down.

When morning tea was over and the bell just rang we sat down in a line to get ready for P.E. Just when we got to the top field our coach told us that the way we play was like netball mixed with American Football.

So I asked him is this game called Turbo Touch then he said yes it is Turbo Touch but he didn’t look at me.After school finished I was a happy boy.

 

POLYFEST

      WHEN I WENT TO POLYFEST......

   When I went to Polyfest I went to the Samoan stage. When we got there we looked for a good view at the stage. When I sat down with my family Auckland Grammar was on.

They were very talented kids to watch.

While they were dancing and singing at the same time I saw all sorts of detail on their Bulutace. It had lots of shapes and colours. When they got off stage the next school was T.C.

  Before they got on stage the drummers and guitar people had to get on stage and ready to go, then came the moment. Coming in for their intro singing their hearts out to the crowded audience and smiling.

 Through the whole thing my mum was going to cry because my brother was on and was in front. My sister was screaming as loud as she could to my brother because she was proud of him.

 When I got home after Polyfest and turned on the radio the people said that Tamaki came second.  My dad started jumping around and told my mum. When my brother heard he was ever happier than my dad and my.

STKS Performing At Our School

When we were all sitting down waiting for someone to appear it was UNCLE STKS. First sat down on the chair in the front he got his guitar out and demonstrated a Rithem and Browns song.When we started singing STKS was a master at the Guitar.

He was playing the guitar and taping at the same time. When we were singing the song it had a mix of songs like Rihanna, Jessie J and Beyonce. It was a mix of legendary songs.

After that song it was time for him to go but then Mss V called him back out to do one last son. Before he started to do his last song  Mss V talked about them going to the same school back when they were little kids.

After she stopped talking it was his time to shine because we weren’t allowed to sing. He was amazing. I wished if I could be like STKS but I wasn’t as good as him.

It was fun having STKS at our school to sing. I hope He comes next time with more than one song.Next time we see him I will be happy.   

        

The Homeless Woman

One breezy morning there was an old woman named Josephine, any scrap of food like muesli bar potato chips anything that we could eat of the ground. She picked them up and put it inside her oversized bag of other scraps. While she was walking along the side off an ASB bank Josephine looked on the solid rocky ground. There appeared to be $10 lying on the path.

She went to the dairy to get 2 hot pies and 1 large drink that cost $8.60cents.When she was walking down to a derelict building and sitting on the steps. She got her two pies and drink out.

When she opened the rapear and smelt it she flow of into heaven and started to eat it all. Next came Josephines other exploding mince and cheese pie. When she took a T-Rex bite and loads of fizz sliding down her throat were just a taste she couldn’t explain.

When she started to pack her bag she thought to herself where she was going to next. While when she finished all of it she continued her homeless journey.

Softball

When we got to our softball tournament we first played St Thomas.Our captain Frankie had to do rock,paper and scissors and won. He chose to bat so we got ready in one line. First up was Frankie. When St Thomas piched he wacked it over to the other side of the field and and and and and GOT A HOME RUN!!!!!!!! Next was Auri,when they pitched 2 times in a row Auri got 2 strickes. For the last pitch Auri just hit it and got a home too going down till the end of the game we won.WAHHH!!!! When we finished that game we went to our next game. The team we next played was Parnell. Frankie had to do rock,paper and scissor's again. Same old same old we batted again and beat them and won.

After our second game we were going to played Chuchillpark. We sat down in a line to set as always.going throw the team down to Lorenzo was a gift because he could bat the ball over the field and got everyone home even himself. When it came down to me I hit a fly ball and got out. It was disappointing for me and the team. Well when it was their turn I was a fielder with Ben but wasn't that good at fielding as me. When they always hit the outfield I always had to run after the ball and had to throw the ball back to base. When all their players had a turn at batting our team got all if them out ut 1 or 2. A the end of the game we won.

 Going throw 2 games winning both of them then having a bye.
 Walking back to our tent to eat some of our food in our bag. When some of us were finished eating some of our food we put on sunscreen and watched our year 8 boy play their softball game. When we were walking to our last game against Bally Road. This time the other team had to bat. This team was no team like the others. It was more harder to get them out but we upgraded our team performance. When they batted it went far but I court one of their hits and got them out. Coming to the end of the game we all were trying our best to win. When it was over we just won 5 to 6. Everyone in our team and year 8 boys started chearing too. We made it into the Auckland Campionship.  

 At the end of the day Pt England year 7 boys were the winners.
At the Auckland Championship I hope we win the whole thing.

The BIG BIG Picnic

Walking down to the pt england beach with Levi and Uili with the whole school too. When we were there Mr Bert finished talking to us about the rules at the beach we finally got to wonder of and about around the beach.

Running to room 21’s picnic spot I got out some of my food and started to scoop it it up with my mouth. When I saw James up top of me I went and    “asked if I could eat some of his Twisties?” “He said come in a nice voice.” So I started to eat his chips.

When it was finished We went down to the sand and started to make sand balls. Just when I saw his sand ball I just thought to myself  “WOW
have you been to sand ball classes?” “No I just know how to make it.” He said comfortable.

When I  first tried making a sand ball it was about 10 cm tall and about 12 to 13 cm wide. When we bought made another sand ball we both threw them into the air and then smash it in the sea. “Son come up here.” It was my dad and mum telling me to come and eat KFC with them.
Just looking at the KFC made me eat it straight without saying the prayer. “Son if you eat too fast you might get a sower tummy”.My dad said. So I saw Levi and gave him one chicken leg and ate two to  myself. When I finished eating KFC with my dad and my mum I went and played some rugby.

When it was time to come back to school everyone in Pt England put their sad faces on because it was a great day at the beach. When we got back to our classes we just had to wait for the school bell to ring.
